I did a search but didnt find anything on sit ups,only press ups.

Im having trouble with sit ups.I can do about 50 with someone on my ankles but stuggle to 20 without the wieght to hold my feet down.
I notice the upper part of my abs are getting bigger and stronger but the bottom ones arnt getting ...

I have been trying to apply to the Paras from Canada and the only thing left is to find a sponsor.I was waiting to hear back from a contact in the UK that may have been able to help me out,that fell short.Im alittle pissed about this,I dont know what to do and my thinking is that my last resort is ...

My father being a priest,its difficult to not listen to the bible and see why everything is happening the way it is.Im pretty much convinced that WW3 will revolve around Isreal,Palestine and the Arab nations who beleive Isreal should not be there...but thats just my opinion.

Ive been looking everywhere in Toronto for books with anything to do with the Paras with little luck.CQB and Shoot to Kill seem to be the only ones and are set around the same time periode.

I just picked up a new book (new in Toronto) called Shoot To Kill by Michael Asher.This is the same guy who picked apart Andy Mcnab's story in Bravo Two Zero,in his own book The Real Bravo Two Zero.

The book starts off with him going through basic as a para recruit and the training seems tougher ...

lol...well im actualy moving there to join up.Ive set a july date with some of my friends...but thats another topic all together
