take £50 mate you will need some of it for stuff you need for exercise but you will get your 1st weeks wages subbed to you as well

i mean that you cant walk around camp by yourself weeks 1-6 so you cant go to the naffi unless your platoon goes or you cant go to the laundry unless your platoon goes etc..

na mate aslong as you are under 12 mins you are fine the course is a lot harder then adsc but not to hard you will gt used to the back area so you to it.

i got 9.00 at adsc and when i 1st got 2 catterick i got 9.30 (its alot harder corse on the back area) i am on week 16 now and i got 8.30 the other day so u will defo get fitter

hey mate i am on week 16 of training at itc you dont need most of the kit on the list. i.e trunks, googles, trainers (you get hi tecs isued hehe) you only need 3 pad locks realy. invest in a good gas burner you will b able 2 use them after your intro exercises i.e your tac ex's i go back 2moz after ...
