Heh, yeh, most of my train journey home ...

Actually, I did pretty shit at RSC, I ran the 1.5 mile in 9.40ish, 6 heaves, lifted 55k easy, finished the jerry can carry easy. Also passed all the rest.

In my defence for my poor run time, 2 days after getting back from RSC I was in bed for a week, sick as a dog, so I reckon I must have been ...

I can second that, I was outside the time needed for para, but I still made it, because I put 100% in.

Mate that was a right beasting of a weekend compared to when I did it!

We didnt have to do the log race thank god, and its nice to know that its not just me that thought that the 1 1/2 mile seemed more like 2 miles!

The average age of the one i went on was about 18/19...

I was one of the oldest @ 21...

Mostly did the same things that James has said, but we didnt have a game of footy and we did some contact drills with paintball guns..

That was top ;)

On the down side I had flu and my BFT was torrid, about ...

i guess the key is not to fall off
