I guess a lot of you newer lads won't know me as I havent been on here in ages, but I thought I'd come back and say best of luck to my mates in 930 troop who are due to do their commando tests soon.

You'll find when you start RT it is easier that PRMC (that was the general feeling from my troop) and they build you up. But obviously, it is good if you go there fit and ready.

I would definetely do some half mile to a mile very fast (almost sprint) runs to prepare you for camp circuits. Also ...

Hate to put a downer on it mate, but for a mountain leader you need to be at least a corporal I'm afraid (please correct me if I'm wrong lads).

I'd imagine for Swimmer/Canoeist (SBS) you'd need to have served in the Corps for a certain amount of time before your senior puts in for you to do it ...

You'll have a dentist appointment when you first start RT, they will check out your teeth and if you need it they will do it. So I reckon they will do it for you, but n guarantees. They was gonna take out a tooth of mine but I got MD'd before it was gonna happen

Yep, like Darren said, you have good scores there mate. Are you doing the push ups etc with correct form?
Do you do sprint training too? If not, throw some of that in too.

It's crap mate, still hurting a fair bit. One minute I'd think it would be improving, but then it would ache again real bad. Still waiting on an orthopeadic appointment for it.
