Hopefully he'll see more of the hairy side and get dished out some backhanders! He's a waste of space!

I know people who have changed trades but that is because they failed on element of their trade course, but they had a good attitude to training so they were allowed. However if you change trade you can only chose a trade that requires a lower score on the aptitude test, so you would'nt be able to ...

Im currently a trainee TCO and I would very seriously recommend the trade to anyone as it know has a technical element to it. Next year it is partly merging with the electronics technition trade, so in theory, you could join as a TCO, and not need any qualifications, and still learn a techie trade ...

To be honest I haven't got a clue about the recruitment dates, give your AFCO a ring and they may be able to tell you.

If you ...

Alright mate, hows it going? I would'nt worry to much about taking an ironing board because I was only at Halton a month ago, and most barrack blocks provide them. However if your travelling by car, you're better off taking one. Go into your local camping shop and ask for trouser twists, which you ...

I would'nt worry too much about the physical side of basic training, it's not that bad. You'll end up running abot 4 miles max, but the PT is progressive, so no probs there. On the cardio-endurance side of things just aim to be able to run for 20-30 mins. If your not at that level yet, just ...

If you are going to Halton, you'll be given a number 3 all over, but after basic training as long as it is neat enough it will be accepted.
