I wonder if they want a photo of a couple of Airmen walking down the road hand in hand, or may be exchanging a bit tongue.
The only way you would see airman walking down the road is the pool was the other side of the hotel car park.

What Hypers said about just delivering briefings may be true initially but once you get into the trade there are a whole load of different routes you can go, some very Gucci indeed, but none of which can be discussed in an open forum.

I find breaststroke a winner, its slower but that dosn't matter and you'll get there with more than enough energy to spare.

They just add a bit of resistance that's all. If you can't cope with it from the physical side then I would suggest that you may struggle with the phys of IOT.

You'll undertake the swim test at either your familiaristion or within the first couple of weeks of IOT. If you fail then you will have to take remedial swimming lessons until you can pass the test but you have a large chunk of IOT to do this so I wouldn't worry.

Seriously, you will have more trouble finding the gym than taking the RAF fitness test, that goes for men and women!

Yeah but you won't have to wait for it if you go there. You can also ask them any questions that you have at the same time.
