How long did it or do you think it will take for you to get from the point of deciding you want to join - to being ready for it in terms of fitness levels. easiest way i found was eat a slight bit healthier and just work harder, at 16 i was about 14 stone, im 17 now 18 in july an im about 12.6, i just got a job that involves manual labour an have ham salads or somethin for lunch, made the world of diff

Is the routine in that similar to the prmc fitness program on here? It seems a little bit on the slim side for exercises but I assume each exercise is exactly what you will be tested on at PRMC so its ideal for training?

If im 100% honest I havnt trained full on in months its just come back to me now that its what I want to do an if i want to suceed then i best get my head down grin an bare it, so pretty much a beginners workout would be best I think lol

Good Starting Point

Hi people how did you all start out with your workouts etc? Im not a 'fit' person so to speak I've read multiple training programs here and there but I just want a basic one that will get me to a nice general level of fitness then maybe I could start training specifics

Sas survival programs

Is anyone watching these at the moment? Sunday night has Eddie Stone re-enacting missions etc and thats followed by Ray Mears survival then monday has the real sas story I think its called, watched them this week they were fair interesting

I had mine checked about 2 month ago, I was expecting to be told I needed glasses or something, things were blured here an there but I went in and it was fine, i asked if id pass a military eye test he said yea no probs, your eyesights perfect except for bein slightly long or short sighted, I forgot ...

yea I dont really know how to block that feeling that says to you 'shit me this hurts' so I struggle with that a bit but its down to personal stuff, paula radcliff (spelling) she just repeats a 1-100 count seems to have worked for her

lol contractor im not so much looking after myself but I work in a hotel which doesnt happen to have a Mcdonalds in it so its mostly healthy food served, bit of a bitch that is I liked a good burger an milkshake :)
