How intense is it? compared to the Armys

Would those going for the RAF regt do the same basic as those going for a trade?

The book "Joining The SAS, how to get in and what its like" by Barry Davies has a section on pre selection. Should give you a good idea, however like proper selection I would think it is something that constantly changes.
