the team tasks are fine as long as you get stuck in there..its not like the dvd you get given because if you 'blow your leg off' you dont have to sit out until the end, basically everyone in your group just has to start the task again from scratch....you dont even have to finish the tasks just as ...

well done sterion66, they good scores ... and OrcinusOrca no you dont have to do ansit ups ad press ups there, well he doc will probably tell you to do some when in the medical thats about it...and yh its really really good there, im sure you'll enjoy yourself

i dont know for all but the pti said to me that the average for a male for the static lift is 100 or summert like, im female but thats wot they said

hey adamB no not everyone does this, just certain afco, if yours doesnt just make sure you can pass all the physical requirement before you go cos believe it or not alot of people do fail when they get there and you dont want to be one getting the train back early on your own mate

hey all....what test scores did you get when you went to adsc??, on the static lift, heaves etc..were you proud of what you got, did any of you manage to do more than when you were training just through sheer adrenaline, lets share x

yh i got my score aswell but i think it just depends on the careers office you go to, i suppose gettin a pass means you passed for all jobs really which is cool

ah ok, what did you have to do at your second selection? went to glencorse 4th and 5th september ....my run times not that good really, 11:47 i done it at selection, i got really good scores on the other tests which am pleased with and me training can only get my run time better ey

yeah you've only got like 3 weeks left i bet your exited aren't you, i dont go for another 10 weeks but i cant wait no, im really excited...im going in the royal signals as a communication systems operator ...i see your going for a nurse ...when did you go to the adsc?
