Its is getting rather annoying, I haven't seen an 'original' topic about joining for a long time. i don't think there are any left.
but its been a while since i've seen a whos better post, thats nice to see.

But if i see another post asking for relationship advice, i'll hunt you all down like dogs ...

a shower normally helps me, followed by a coffee and a bacon sarnie. then a walk to work, all before 7 in the morning. and constantly reminding yourself of the funny things that happened while you got yourself in this state.

basically after bottom field, i left 'gave up' you could say (please don't it'll upset me)

I have no doubt i would have failed the 3miler anyway though as my training went down the drain 5 months ago, and ye old pints took over my life. still have the power and the speed but not the stamina.
