I was in the TA pistol championships at Bisley last year, I did okay for a first timer but some people really can shoot them. The army 8 were there (best 8 men in the regs) they were consistently hitting 5 pointers (2 1/2 inch circle) from 25 yards! It was awesome, proper fistful of dollars stuff.

yes me and a mate are doing all, we reckon about 16 days. In some places it says that it is 280 miles though.

Anybody done the pennine way? Can you give any tips and advice, is it pretty tough? I'm doing it at the end of june.

no mate i wouldn't dream of talking about something i don't know...i meant OTC was easy to get in to, NOT 4 para!

I've coming up to completing my second year in OTC and I've had a cracking time, but i fancy something a bit more serious and two years is enough, so i'm trying 4 para in sept.

It is very easy to get into, and I've got plenty of NI mates in there. Infact theres probably about 20 NI lads ...
