Yeah I know what you mean! I am aiming to do the POC as well, but there are a few others..
I find that the maximums for Gym test 1 are all for Marines.. I think you get maximum for 18 pull-ups on a POC, but what are the other maximums?
If it has already been answered let me know and I shall ...

you might have guessed, im new.. but been looking around for a bit, thought id ask a question here...
In the POC, the booklet i got said that candidates undertake an Endurance run... i wanted to know, is this a time/distance/ last person to drop out thing? Or do you keep going until the PTI ...
