Hi Langarotti,

Just discovered your workout, looks quality!
However just a quick question... I understand that each rep on the circuit is to be done without rest, but what is the recommended rest period between each circuit set??

Age limit for Sandhurst??

Can anyone clarify the upper age limit of a potential officer wanting to join Sandhurst. I know the website and info states it as being 29 upon entry, but is this realistic?? Will age go against you?

I am curious as I am in my 27th year on this earth and after graduating from Uni went straight ...

The benefits of creatine really depend upon what your ultimate goal and aims are!

If you are trying to improve size, weight and strength, concentrating on explosive power then yes creatine would be beneficial. However, the process of turning CP into usable ATP is a very intensive process ...
