Fitness levels

I`m a personal trainer with previous experience of service. I would reccommend you get out on the roads as often as you can, If possable try find an area you can run on grass or sand its easier on the feet.

Your upper body strength is fine, but it could slow you down if you keep training heavy ...

I was in training in Pirbright in 1995. A cold and wet place full of crap hats!
RLC, well you just gotta get on with it I suppose eh? Mind the Adj office overlooks the drill square. :-?

Joining age, the regt.

Anyone tell me the max age you can be to still be considered and put forwards for selection. I know you must have three years satisfactory service behind you.
