Yeah, that's what i was thinking. But when you buy the property, don't you then need to do it right up before anyone would want to actually rent it?
Bur if someone could rent it just to pay off your mortgage then it could be really good, expecially seeing as just getting them to pay the mortgae is ...

I had a feeling i'd get plebs giving it 'if you're thinking about the money then this isn't the career for you'.
Of course i'm not in it for the money, but it's still important. Wanting to know how much i'll be getting paid is being sensible, it stands to reason that the if all goes well and i ...

Wages

Hi all. Just wondering, after all the deductions and whateveer, the £3.93 per day for food and a bed etc. How much are you normally left with at the end of the week for saving up and spending? I aim this question at both the money you get as a recruit and when you are first qualified and on 13 and a ...

makes sure you're doing the right press ups first, if you're doing the press ups from the booklet then you're probably not. You must keep your elbows locked firmly into your sides so it's harder on the triceps, that must be your first priority with marine pressups. Beyond that, in terms of ...

In any case, i still suppose this would be seen by a fair amount of people who haven't about all this yet anyhow.

Save our Dutchy's

When at PRMC i ate at a little burger van called Dutchy's. At the time i didn't think anything of it as it just seemed like some old burger van to me. Anyhow, now i have learned that this little van is an old corps tradition and has been around for decades and is much loved by all those who have ...

If you do specific strength work with weights but are careful too avoid bulking up (keeping reps very low and tension high) but also get in a job lot of pressups circuits etc, then can the two co-exist?

I got some of those sorbothane double shock insoles. I find them thick and they make my toes rub on the top of the boot and they seem to make my feet really hot, i also find they don't quite sit properly on the bottom of the boot if i try to run a little way in them. Did anyone else find them really ...

If u join the TA you will go on operational tours.

If you serve for 3 years you will go away on at least one tour

However people who I have met in the regs (this mainly applies outside of the infantry) who have not been on any operational tours in four or five years service. It seems that a lot ...

Apparently, webtex has a real reputation for being low quality. I don't know as i have never bought any webtex stuff, but i'm told to avoid it like the plague, and as mentioned above, the issued stuff is free and if you rip your issued stuff in some far away place, then you can simply get ...
