I believe that with no doubt training has become easier in the way that people are treated! my main belief is this is because psychologists nd men in white coats have found that there are more effective ways of getting a response or positive attitude out of someone other than beating the shit out of ...

I dont understand this. AGE has nothing to do with whether you pass this boy i travelled down with had only just turned 16 no one cared because they knew he was just as capable as them he subsequently passed along with 4 other 16 year olds.

very strict is what you get on PRMC mate i can also assure you that the assault course will be a lot harder after you have a 45minute warm up on "the bottom field" (why this is in inverted commas you will find out after PRMC and hile in training) then you do a practice run which involved each ...

10mins to have a shower is a very long time considering on PRMC after the assault course which consisted of an hour through shit and mud we had 5mins to get showered and changed for scran.
Now can you tell me how 48 men managed this and none of you could manage it in 10mins?

in my view there is no good or bad time to run as when you join up you will be running day or night it dosent matter if you vary it your more likely to adapt better to life in the forces.
On the other hand if you want to set a certain time run at both times yourself and see which is better for you ...
