I had asthmatic symptoms and medication (okay, it was due to a cat allergy..) and initially I failed the medical, but I wrote a letter to the medical officer explaining its never stopped me running etc and they let me in!

The technical selection is a fu*king joke, i dont even know my times tables and I can't multiply for shit and I passed it, I even guess about half the questions, They seem to only want one correct answer, and I guess out of about 40 I must have guessed one right..
