Ive literally just started the process - first briefing wed 16/02/05, so ive the whole lot. New Applicant, time scales
Hi there! Ive just started my application process last wednesday, for the new sys trade (comms and info system spec.) and want to ask all you experienced people how long the entire process of getting into Halton should take.

Regardless of training i think i'd still prefer to say WELL clear of H2H. My only experience of boxing thou was windmilling, which didnt teach style (those who boxed properly failed it :lol: ), but i thought it taught controlled agression, which is important in close quarters. Ill just leave that ...

trainers
Are you're trainers just bog standard, or do they have an instep, like phil says? I recommend all to get proper running trainers, even ripplers if you can find em. I used to use normal trainers but when i switched it made an amazing change to my performance.
