1. So what are the exact recruiting standards then for Scottish UOTC's?
(e.g. 3.2Km run; Sit-up/Min.; Press-ups/min.; Jumping Jacks; Pull-ups, Etc.?)

I'm a First time poster, Long time lurker, who (quite unusually if most posts are to be believed) has ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER IN ATTEMPTING TO JOIN A UNIT OF UKSF!
