Stress Positions

Post by scotty »

What stress positions are there?

I know about the one where you sit up against the wall and it puts pressure on your thighs, and the one where you laty down and have to keep you feet slightly off the floor.

Sorry if this has already been written about, but i searched and couldnt find anything on it.

hold a weight (not too heavy) out in front of you with straight arms. Hold as long as you can.

lol.
thanks guys.
We keep having these competitions at Army cadets to see who can hold a stress position the longest in the detachment.
I won the one where you sit againt the wall, everyone had dropped out within 10minutes though so i just stopped after about 12minutes (not very long really) but I still got very bad cramp in the tops of my legs lol.

I gotta make the cadets do some more painful ones

If anyone knows anymore they would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again.

How about the 'Coyote'?

I suspect a lot of the guys on here will know that one...

Good news is, Saddam is getting the death penalty. Bad news is, David Beckham is taking it. (Just for anyone that hasn't heard it yet)
