Ongoing improvement
Just a thought, which might be useful to those who either havent visited for a while (slackers) or those that can remember seeing a message recently but forget who posted it, or under which topic a message was posted (if I could spell it I would call it old age forgetfulness)
How about an option with a drop down to view all posts over:
last 7 days, last 10 days, last month
perhaps the time frame isnt perfect but you will get the idea
Every day in every way better and better
(I must I must I must improve my..........)

It was on green paper.
Not really Jay, I was thinking more of (perhaps its just me) the scenario - I remember reading a post, cant remember by who, cant remember what board, but it was last Saturday........ type of thing, it was just a thought and not necessarily a good one. There you go.
Yours Aye.

It's probably a result of no topics meeting your search criteria. For example; "Videos, stereos and jewelry found/borrowed/knicked in Wavertree area by quietly spoken scouse git", wouldn't show up would it? Stands to reason dunnit,,, A A A A A awrite awrite, heyup hangontherelar angon, onlyjokinlike.
You should talk to somebody who gives a f**k.

When I click on your profile button then find all posts by yourself, I can view all pages.
where this morning before I carried out the fix I could not.
Even when I search the forums on a certain topic, all seems fine.
If your using the "Search for Author" option under the the forum Search, and just use "Harry" you will get a "piss of Harry"
You need to use a author or users full name, try your full name, and you will get endless pages.

Still looking into it, and can not find any problems.
Anyone else having the same problem?
Have you tried refreshing the page several times, might be your browser.
Try this direct link and see what happens:
search.php?search_author=harry+hackedoff
If not, try deleting your temp internet files and try the url again.

Mark all topics read
Ok, I've checked that this subject is not in FAQ, and it is'nt
Sooooooooo how or what is supposed to happen when I click Mark all topics read
Nowt, it seems from my end? The way I read it is that once a topic or thread is read, that item should me marked in some way so that one does'nt read it again(unless you want to).Is this correct? If I'm wrong is there a way of marking items that have been read?

Once you have read a topic or thread it will indeed be marked as read.
If there are some topics or threads that you are not interested in and want these to be marked as read also so this does not confuse you next time you visit the board, yes indeed "Mark all topics read" will carry this out for you, instead of visiting the topic or thead manually.
