I am wondering if anyone can help me with my problem. I am trying to find out abut a Robert Hunter. I have some details but when I input them in searches nothing is coming back. Also I do not understand some of the abbreviations etc. This is what I have (from back of photo)
"Hunter 1611478 Gunner R Hunter 460 (M) AA Batt AA (crossed out) RA South Eases (?) Nr Lewes Sussex
Apparently he died during WWII but no record found at the Commonwealth Graves Commission and no service details found. Would appreciate any help whatsoever
