I need help here. I'm a piper in 7 Scots ,over 55 but fit. Tuesday night past I was given 15 days notice of my service being terminated after 24 years. No problem on that but I am led to believe by an army officer that I must be given 3 months notice if my re engagement has not been successful. Does anyone know if this is correct ? I only want my rights, if it's 3 months, it means I still go on an American tour with the P& D's which I committed to and have booked time off. It seems there's a mistake by my Company and someone should have told me.
