I'm sure this is a fairly commonly asked question but I have the need the contact lenses and glasses, I'm just approaching my 18th birthday and have had my heart set on the Royal Marines for many years now, if someone could tell me eyesight requirements, link me to some information about it from an official website, or direct me to a previous topic on this forum that would help me out I'd be very grateful.
Laser eye surgery would be an option for an 18th birthday present so if all else fails my life long dream won't be shattered.

Give your nearest AFCO a ring I cannot remember the exact limits. Do not get Laser treatment until you have a chance to research the legalities for joining the RM.
