I am a British Citizen who has been living in Spain for the past 10 years (i am 15).
I know there are some residency issues regarding this topic but i am not 100% sure if they apply to me.
i am interested in becoming an Aviation Groundcrew Specialist a later an Aviation Crewman (Basically joinning the army air corp).
Can i still Join?

So long as you're a British citizen, you can join the army. However, seeing as you currently reside in Spain, the application process may be more difficult. Contact the army using their live chat option Mon-Fri

In what way will my current location affect my application process. What if i was to apply from within the UK? eg in a recruitment office

I meant it will affect you personally. The application process will take 6-18 months depending on a variety of factors so if you live in Spain this will be more difficult.

ok that is a different matter, i was worried that my application would be automatically rejected due to the fact taht i live in spain.
But the bottom line is: I can still join the army as a soldier in the army air corp. True?

Yes. Go on the army website, there is a live chat option.

I used the live chat and yes i can join and my application wont be rejected so i am very relieved. although i cannot join as an officer but that doesnt matter that much.
