What do you want to join?

Press ups are less for women so expect about 20-35ish, just keep doing them and rest and eat well and you will improve.

Sadly this is very much the case with bodyweight exercises, you have to do more in order to get better at them. Just make sure you warm up correctly, complete the exercises using good form and warmdown. This way you will avoid injury.

This should help you. As you can see it's 21 press ups for you, should be easily enough so long as you continue to work toward it.

Not too sure how accurate that site is though.

Go at night time and scrap the headphones if you wear them. As for breathing, just remain calm. For starters I'd recommend you went a lot slower, just do a light jog and see if you can complete the 1.5 with no resting, if you can then continue to do that for a couple days then go a bit faster next time.

No worries and good luck.

I only go at night because its more quiet around my village so less distractions, just make sure your route is well lighted/safe!

Just breathe normally, if you change your breathing habit it will take a while to adapt to! Just stay calm and breathe normally.
