Hey there guys,
Sorry if this has been asked a lot, but i am curious as to when i should hear a reply on my GP medical.
I am South African (British Citizen) Flown over to try and join British Army. The whole process has been smooth till now obviously. I have handed back my Medical GP Forms to my local Recruiting Office, who said it would take around 5 working days for them to have a reply from Linchfield.
It has nearly been 4 weeks now.... i have called my Recruiter 2 weeks ago who said not to worry and he will get back to me and not forgotten me, however i have had no call or mail wether i am medically cleared or not.
Is this normal? Should i worry or can it take this long? I dont wanna be a nag keep calling my Recruiter to see if they have me cleared yet.
Anyone else have a long wait for this?
Thanks again all!
Rob

GP Medical (Nearly 4 weeks now?)
Re: GP Medical (Nearly 4 weeks now?)
Ye dude don't worry it is normal for it to take a while. Remember that there are a hell of alot of people trying to join up. I imagine you're not the only one having to wait
Good luck though, and keep us up to date on the situation, I'm sure it won't take too much longer.
