i recently went on a PGAC course and failed by 7 secs on the assualt course however when i returned i was speaking to a mate in the forces and he recommended that i should look at the RAF as a NC Aircrew can anyone give me some information on the job of being a WSOP as the RAF website is not very helpful

Everything's kind of up in the air with us at the moment, due to a couple of different aircraft types going out of service in the next few years.
I would say your best bet is to speak to the AFCO, and ask to go to a P2 presentation, and if possible, get to RAF Cranwell on the last Thursday of the month for one of the OASC open day type things, where you will get briefs from various officer/aircrew types.
