Just going to introduce myself to the forums, well I'm Jordan from Northern Ireland, 15 9 months old. I'm currently on the
BARB test section which i've got on Wednesday next week. I hurt my bone which is the joint to the big toe, i'm able to walk/run on it but the pain hurts sometimes not often though, any tips? (we thing it’s bruised)
I’m hopefully looking to the Sept 10 intake for AFC harrogate, then join onto the Royal Irish Regiment. Anyone also looking to go to harrogate on Sept 10 or january?

oh and a wee fitness guide which i made, people may find it useful or not useful;

day 1 - warm-up, 35 press-ups, 20 min jog, don't try to go fast go the speed which you think is comfortabe then you can work on the time limit as you progress, finish off with some press-ups or sit-ups or heaves your choice.
p
day 2 - rest

day 3 - warm-up, 35 press-ups, 3-4 mile jog like i said before don't try to do it on the fastest tiime let your body develop the distance it'll progess.

day 4 - rest

dat 5 - gym work all around the body muscles

day 6 - simple jog, your choice how far/long.

day 7 - swimming/cyclying.

p.s this is just a quick fitness guide which i made up inside ten minutes, thanks..
