Running,Swimming,Bodyweight programs

Post by nel »

I passed selection this week with a grade B and im starting a new program to get me to a good physical standard for when I eventually reach catterick, these are some of the routines i'll be using. I thought they may help others. :D

Bodyweight Workouts-

Press-ups-

Running-

Swimming- http://ruthkazez.com/50swimworkouts.html

Tabata Circuit Training- http://searchsporting.com/tabata_protoc ... orkout.php
It's not hard to put together this routine so use, squats,press-ups,lunges,star jumps, burpees and tri-cep dips to start with.

Something I am very guilty of neglecting

Good Nutrition- http://www.military.com/fitness-center/ ... on/archive

Hope this helps :D

Yeah, awesome post! Cheers for the useful information!

I've been doing weight training, primarily on my upper body, for the last 6 months now ... and I'm bulking quite nicely! Press-ups are no longer an issue for me :D

Just need to get the running sorted!

Yep .. I need to bulk up my upper body ... as I have a Jennifer Lopez figure and need to make sure the bottom half "matches" the top half ... so upper body weights is the key at the moment, for me.

You reckon it's lucky? Large, round bottom ... ?? Nah, take the curves, give me muscles instead :)
