just past prac to day well chuffed :) :) :) starting on the 6/9/09 10- days time......

a will answer all your questions .... so just ask away and a will tell the truth on PRAC hope a can help

do you know how many push ups and sit ups you did so i can get an idea

and was is a full out 3 mile or 2 X 1.5

the 3.5mile run is at 7 MINS a mile wot ever thay say like its 9 mins is a lie !!!! then after that its 30 seconds rest then 1.5 miles under 9.30

a got 61 push ups and got 51 sit ups

the Sa80 rifle test and the LMG L110a2 test 22/25

ateeplechase is hardcore harder than the run this is soooooooooo f@#k hard lol ya have to get under 18 mins but just do good in both races and ya will be sound lol

hhhmmmm steeplechase brings back memories i did half of that fooker with one boot on through the river and every thing me foot was in shit state afterwards still passed p coy first time though 8)

haha im on PRAC now just sat int he naafi, the 3.5 is run at 7mins/mile which the whole of prac could keep up it was tricky stuff but its a job interview so i was on the pti's taill all the way, and on the 1.5 they didnt tell what time i got but i whupped and came 1st about 2 seconds befind the hare. was an exellent laf, steeplechase tomoz cant wait guna give it everything. got 27/28 on the written test. all good tackle lol, hopefully going to try get back here for the 6th. so i might see ya soon

Everyone didnt keep up, not from where i was standing only 2 did.
