Recruiters interview

hey, ive got my recruiters interview at the end of august; i was just wondering what exactly to expect?
is it formal? a suit required?
what sort of things will they ask?

im supposed to contact my sponsor sgt at AFCO to confirm it, but the guy is a ghost, he never seems to be around.

any info and tips would be ace
