FITNESS & TRAINING BOOT CAMP!!

I just joined up at a Fitness and Boot Camp here in the Bryan/College Station, TX area with Trevor Carney and Innovative Fitness and I must say that it has been great. I've joined gyms in the past and I must say that this is waay more beneficial and I feel like I'm getting way more out of it. I'm looking forward to keeping with it and continuing to get great results. If you want to come join us then contact Trevor @ IFBCS or the IFBCS website today!
