just would like to find out if you are allowed to take with you to catterick a mini cd player instead of a radio alarm clock..would prefur to listen to my type of music than the radio...when ever i get a chance to lol.

Are you sure by "Radio alarm clock" they do not mean radio controlled alarm clocks?

Well radio controlled means it automatically runs of GMT (In the uk anyway) so you do not need to set the time yourself. Perhaps this is so everybody is running on the same time?

You're allowed to take a personal mp3 player at you're own risk, radio alarm clock means an alarm clock with a radio.
