I wrote a while on here about me joining the Army but due to me breaking my ankle my plans were delayed.. but my doctor has said im good to start training again.. so can anyone give me any advice to ease myself back in.. i have been running for the past week or so.. about a mile a time as im trying to take it easy.. any info at all on fitness will be welcome! We can't really give you any tips on fitness because we don't know what you want/have joined every training scheme is different for each part of the army, give us an idea and we shall guide you further.
