ITC CATTERICK fitness test

does anyone know how many press ups and sit ups you have to do on your fitness test at catterick.

Something like over 40 in the time given ''I Think.''

as far as i know its 44 press ups and 50 sit ups

I'd also like to know when this is, wouldn't make sense to have a test strait off n back troop people right away especially with every ones fitness on the piss.

I'd Imagen nearing the end of P1 maybe?

Can't tell you for Catterick, but certainly in the Corps you have an RMFA (press-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, bleep test) in your first couple of days. You should be turning up as fit as when you did your selection course, preferably fitter.

I think the first test is to see what level you are at so they can work on your weaknesses. We wont get back trooped within days it would be pointless?

yeah i wouldnt imagine them sending you away, they will probly see if you improvee as times goes on.

what about when you go for your 2 day test thing to get in the army what if you fall short on something? is it just you get turned away?

you get defeered and come back in 3,6,9 or 12 months :)

or you can fail it. and then you are deferred from the army for ever!
