How long does the interview take on average? After the interview will the AFCO person tell me how well i have done? Can you actually fail it? Or is it just for them to see how well suited you are to the army, how much research you've done and to find out more about you and why you want to join? How many do you have? Because I know you have 1 at the AFCO and 1 at the selection centre but do you know anymore?
thankyou

I don't see how you could fail the interview not on performance anyway, if you said you'd murdered someone thats probably a fail but apart from that you're good. Just dress smartly, be honest, but try to upsell yourself.
The first interview is probably with your recruiter, the second is with a higher ranked NCO well it was for me and i believe this is usually the case. Think about why you want to join the army and the reasons for choosing the job(s) you have chosen.
The more performance based interview where you will need to know more about your job choices, training and the army in general is at the selection centre.
