Just Got Off My Pgac And to be honest, it was easy. People shouldnt worry bout pgac its the MINIMUM fitness for regiment gunners so
AST - PASSED!
SELECTION INTERVIEW - PASSED!
MEDICAL - PASSED!
PGAC - PASSED! 17-20 NOV
TG - 30TH NOV!

Congratulations, thou it's easy for you to say its a breeze it might be allot harder for others, could you give them some tips?

Yeah Make Sure your fit, not hard to do 3 mile tho. but others find it hard so train hard and have good attitude and you'll pass

What is a PGAC any way? (People are now thinking i'm a dumb ass lol

Only if you cant find that basic information yourself and have to be fed it.

Hi Jstagg,

PGAC stands for Potential Gunners Acquaintance Course.

It lasts three days where potential recruits are put through various tests to see if they have what it takes to be selected for TG trainee gunner course. Also gives potential recruits a small taste of what life in the RAF REG might be like.
