pgac ?? what tests is there

pgac 17th november and want to know what tests they are so i can get my self ready for them well i can do the run in the time easy but i just like want to know the other stuff to get prepared .

Did your AFCO not give you a book on the PGAC?

I have it here and it says there are two fitness assessments;

One being a shuttle run lasting 10 minutes, followed by 10 press ups, 25 sit ups and a 50m swim and of course the 3 mile run in less than 24 minutes the following day.
