The 1.5mile course at Lichfield is on a road, it's two laps around and apart from a bit of a hill by the cook house it's quite flat. It's a fairly easy course to be honest.

Out of everything im dreading my 1.5mile run I can do it in around 11 but when im running against the clock i get really nervous and lose my breath quik for some reason. When im running normally through the day not against the clock i am relaxed and can run alot easier.
