What body weight for 6" 0'?

Post by LoyalExpat »

Hi all,

From your experiences what would be the ideal range of a person's bodyweight for someone who is 6" 0 and has passed the training into marines?

(I'm trying to find ideal body weight balance required between necessary aerobic fitness and muscle mass that's required).

Thanks

Ideal measures

I wouldn't get too hung up about an ideal weight, just keep up your fitness and let your body settle at its natural level.

All shapes and sizes pass out of training, some find the endurance course hardest, some find the 30 miler hardest or the tarzan.

Just eat healthy and train smart and if you have what it takes upstairs then you're laughing.

Exactly what Matt said , the majority of it is in your head .

I couldn't even imagine the answer to that as I've never been 6 inches tall.

6'0" would of been a better approxamation.

On a serious note though, As long as you're not under weight, it doesn't matter. They'll train you and feed you, so your body will find it's own balance.
