Smoking
Hi im doing my PGAC again in the next few months i was just wondering about smoking. A mate of mine who is in the army told me that smoking does not affect your fitness. I am quite fit already but i smoke and sometimes i cant seem to push myself any futher. Does anyone have any ideas? Should i quit?

.
I quit about 4 months ago very easy to quit if its something you really want as I did.
I would say quit will help your fitness efforts no end and save you a pile of money you can spend on booze.

Well he's wrong and you should have a look at the number of people thar get colds and other nasties all the time, and also look at the long term effects...... why fill yor lungs with something full of different chemicals!A mate of mine who is in the army told me that smoking does not affect your fitness
I used to smoke about 25 a day and gave up. Smoking is an evil thing to do to your body.
