Balcony on the Embassy anyone?

Post by Dave_1987 »

Yeah so I've been in my new part time pub job for less than a week and already one of the regulars has said he knows someone that was part of it.

It was probably me that he knows.

No really, it's been kept a state secret because, being only 1 at the time, I was technically under the age limit for active service, but I was very mature for my year and they were so impressed with me passing selection what with my legs being so much shorter and all that they stuck me straight in actually if you look closely theyre throwing me in that window not a smoke grenade really I saw that prince phillip an all honest guv...snore...

Well that makes 172 of us on that balcony.
When you look back on it,seems hard to believe so many took part.

I hear you Wholley a lot of people wish they were part of something like that and only a few can really boast such things. I am pretty proud of him, among the many other missions he's done... but it leaves me with some large shoes to fill....YO trianing will be the beginning of my 'shoes filling attempt.'

Surprised the balcony didn't collapse due to the amount of people on it at the time.

Funnily enough I was on the balcony too, but only because I'd just delivered a box of chocolates to the lady inside.
I was more annoyed than suprised to see 172 other blokes out there waiting to see her.
But then you should have seen the look on my balaclava'd face when I realised what was going on!

And all because...

I guess I was the only serious one then....Such an imfamous intervention and raid sounds to be a 'must-have' on the UK drunken fib list....makes me feel that much prouder to actually be a part of it.

...I am betting none of you know what colour the boat house in Hereford is then?

If we told you we'd have to drag you out here in the cold and make you stand on the balcony with us.

What? Part of the balcony?

Did the mafia hide his body in the concrete when they were building it?

I had no idea it was the mafia who built the Iranian Embassy. ;) Practice as you preach T_T! :P I'm waiting for somebody to come along and say it WAS the mafia of old times who built it now... :(
