What is the minimum joining age for the paras?

Also can you specialize into a trade like you can in the marines?

Has anyone here been through training and learned how to parachute and can share there experiance with me because I don't have a clue how they teach you, do they give you practise goes etc?

lol, no. You get strapped up with a parachute and shoved out of the open door.

Have you actually looked at the http://www.armyjobs.mod.uk/ website?

Yeah I have looked but I was just wondering about how they teach you to parachute because obviously a lot of things can go wrong shoving new recruits out on their own for the first time.

Thats why the pass rate for P-Coy is so bad, when they say that only half the recruits survive they REALLY mean it.

Any ideas what sort of tests you have to pass while in there?

Like a 20 mile run or assault course etc

Can you give me any tips on how to get my drinking time down?

Currently I do a pint in 7seconds, should I be doing beer intervals?
