Im doing one - Cheers MFAT

Post by LostandFound »

Right, its finally time to say Im off.

I start recruit training on 10th September, but Im leaving work in the next day or 2 and I dont have tinternet at home, so I doubt Ill be able to get back online much before I take the train down to CTC.

I cant stress enough how much this site has helped me. Yes its given me a few good hints and tips for my workout routine and how to train for PRMC as well as what to expect down there. But more than that, this site has helped me out when its hard to motivate yourself, to be reminded that there are plenty of others training just like you, as well as plenty of blokes actually going through RT and of course those out in the firing line doing the job we all strive for. So for that, this site has been a fantastic help.

(reading that back, it sounds well cheesy but hopefully you know what I mean)

Just a few last things:

- to all the lads training up to PRMC, keep up the hard work, use this site loads for good training advice and keep your head about you and youll be alright

- to the members I havent always seen eye to eye with, lifes too short lads, no beef from me - lets have a beer in the future

- to the guys starting RT on September 10th, well Im looking forward to it now and Ill see you down at Lympstone. Ill be the tall, old, hairy one :D

Anyway, enough now. Cheers again, and Ill get back on here to post throughout RT... fingers crossed everything will go well.

You'll love it. Good food, great friends, a room with a view... makes me wonder why more people don't join up.

On a serious note... Best of luck.

just remember these two things...

- They can't rape you
- They can't make you pregnant

There ya have it folks, a sure fire way to never fear the PTI :P

(Dont let him know you know those things though, they can do other things.... physical things)
