Pre-joining fitness test

Post by k2thep »

Pre-joining fitness test

This is a 2.4km (1.5-mile) run on a treadmill that you can do at a local fitness centre. You have to finish in 10 minutes and 45 seconds.

Does someone from your local fitness centre record this or does some one from your local AFCO come and record your time etc??

Thanks

You get a gym instructor give you a quick briefing and he/she records your score and forwards it to the AFCO.

I haven't got a clue but I'd imagine it's done by the gym staff.
