Learn how to iron. And learn how to do it f*cking well too. And I'm not sure, but I think certain people might want you to use a dictionary in future...

Just the feeling I got from previous posters :D

Isn't vertigo just dizzy spells? Surely you can do press ups etc!?

This is ridiculous, vertigo is no more than dizziness from hights.

"I gets the dizzies when I is up on me ladder doc."

"Well I am awfully sorry Mr Dantae, but you will never leave your house again."

Take my advice, try a new Doctor, or you could just read up on "virtigo" before you assume you MUST have it.

I thought vertigo was a phobia not a condition or illness. Wikepedia anyone?

I thought vertigo was something that affected your balance because of some problem with the fluid in your ears? I dont think it is always neccessarily to do with heights.

It isn't harsh at all, with every post he makes he takes the piss. He's been warned countless times, and he STILL cannot be bothered to use a dictionary.

Everybody else makes an effort, why cant Dantae?

OK lads, perhaps you could ease off a bit. Instead of saying “His spelling is terrible and every post I see of his is pointless gibberish” you could try and answer his question.

Seeing as he can’t keep up his fitness, does anyone have any ideas on how he can better prepare himself for recruit training? E.g. learning to map read.

Excuse me, but who are any of you to talk down to this lad??

Yeah, hes got to fix his spelling and that has been asked for by Artist - end of. No need to all jump in and have a dig.

Leave him alone.

Dantae you say you cant train, is that because the vertigo gets you even when you're on the ground? Are there any excercises you can be doing that alleviate or dont cause your dizziness?
