Falklands 25th

Hey all. Been monitoring this site over the last few weeks . Seems excellent and full of info so though id join up as i am gona have a crack at a green lid in the future.

Anyway . Falklands 25th anniversary parade 17th June going up with my old man who is ex bootneck. Any of you bootnecks now him (lawrence Church). Any body else going up ??

Im doing the 25th anivesary in exmouth tomorrow in my blues. 943 troop is marching at the front behind the band and infront of the vets. marching to the momreal and then drinks at the raf club and mingle with the vets. exstra admin and loss of a long weekend is a bumber but we got the blues early(week21) and talking to the vets is going to be good. free food to.

I'm not staying in a hotel because we live close by! It's Aldershot isn't it? My Uncle has challenged me to grow a tash before i go so i can blag a few beers with the guys...the tash isn't doing too well!

Just been told it's not in Aldershot. Man i should listen more!
