Passed PRMC 01/05/07-04/05/07

Post by Macca »

ARGHHHH!!! i managed to get through fellas and it was an amazing experience and sence of achievement and i'm still kicking myself that i'm actually finally accepted in RT though i know i'm only at the begining of an extremely tough future.

The course was very tough but 100% do-able if you just don't give up and give it your all and just keep thinking it will end at some point :D .

The training staff were such a funny bunch and liked a laff though obviously you wouldnt want to get on the wrong side of them. Also the prmc lads were a quality bunch and made some close bonds already and look forward to seeing them down there.

if anyone has any Q's then feel free to ask lads

cheers Macca

Cheers pal, yeh i felt as though all the hard work had really paid off and the pain was 110% worth it, the pain is nothing compared to the feeling you have when you pass :D .

I enjoyed meeting the lads getting to know them wich was interesting and a laugh and also i enjoyed the death slide wich seems alot higher when you actually up there but it was good. the Assault course was fun i'v always enjoyed things like that, it wasnt half tough though as it was boiling with the sun beaming down on us but the corparals loved it :D also bottom feild was good fun although it was extremely hard it was just good to be going through the pain barrier with the lads being thrashed about. Some of the lectures were interesting but most of all it was just nice to have that time to sit and relax  and the food was awsome second to none, just ashame we werent allowed the 9 o'clockers.

i did'nt realy enjoy the gym tests as much as i just wanted to give in so many times as your not allowed to stand still at any moment but i just kept thinking it will probably end in 5 mins then i will be done :) , sos trict in there aswel!! the corparals were warning us just before we went in and alot of lads werent looking forward haha
