Picking up an injury and the consequences

Post by ryo1987 »

Its a long story but basically im just out off hospital after getting an operation to put my cheekbone back into place after it was broke in 3 places. I was just wondering should i go back into training were i left off or have to start from scratch cause it could be a month before i can do and physical. Also would haven a broken cheekbone affect my application for RAF regiment. The injury had nothing to do with training more to do with people who say there your mates hitting you a cheap shot!

You'll have to test at what level your fitness is when you return and then base a plan on that. Your fitness will have deteriated in that time so don't go straight into your old intensity again, but its impossible to say by how much your fitness will have dropped in your time off, different peoples bodies act differently.

Wow, in three places, good cheap shot  .

It depends on how long you have been training ryo.

Make sure you give him one back.
